1. The Service

FaceMuse provides an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to swap faces in videos uploaded by users. The service is offered on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice. During the public beta, the service is provided free of charge and without any service-level guarantees.

We may introduce paid plans, usage limits or additional features in the future. Any material changes to the service will be communicated on this website before they take effect.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FaceMuse only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the service to create deceptive, defamatory, harassing or illegal content, to impersonate real people without their consent, or to produce deepfakes intended to mislead the public about events, statements or identities.

You are solely responsible for the videos you upload and the outputs you create. We reserve the right to refuse service, block uploads or terminate access for any use that violates these terms or applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the videos you upload and the swapped outputs you generate, and you confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you submit. You grant FaceMuse only the limited, temporary rights needed to process your upload and deliver the result to you.

The FaceMuse name, logo and website design are the property of the site operator and may not be used without written permission.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that every face swap will produce accurate or usable results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceMuse and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data or reputational harm — arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
